Lake Shawnee Skating Party!

Our neighborhood had its annual ice skating party today. Despite the frigid temperature (22 degrees) it was a beautiful sunny day. We took Livi out for a little while and we had a great time watching everyone skate, ice fish, play hockey or sled. We can't wait until next year when we can take Olivia out on the ice.

Swim Lesson Progress Report

Livi has now been in swim lessons for four months. In that short time we have seen so much progress. She now kicks her feet (like a frog) and is able to float on her back. She loves Saturdays and so do we as she takes a two hour nap that day! This week was daddy's week to be in the pool and as you can see she loved it!!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

We had about six inches of snow yesterday so we decided to let Livi experience her first snow day. We didn't stay out too long because it was in the twenties! Brrrr.

Hot Christmas!

We spent the holidays in Texas this year. We were blessed to have three Christmas dinners and have the waistlines to prove it. Here is a little glimpse of how we spent our holiday!

Natalie's Bridal Shower!

One of my best friends, Natalie, is getting married in April!! Brett and I were able to throw her a shower at one of my favorite restaurants Rio Ranch. It was nice to have a girls day and we are counting down the days until the BIG day in Denver!

Playdate in Houston!

While in Houston we were able to get together with some of Livi's friends. She had a great time "playing" and meeting Brooklyn, Jetta, and Paige.

Bailey even got to have a playdate everyday with Rambo and one day had her special friends Sophie and Phoebe come over.

Olivia's First Santa Picture!

The holidays have put us a little behind, but even though we are into January we thought these were worth posting.
